Binance Coin (BNB) Migration: Important Announcement and Migration Methods

The BNB Beacon Chain ceased operations in December 2024.

If you still have BNB stored on the Beacon Chain in your Ballet Cold Storage card, you can follow these steps to migrate it from the Beacon Chain (BEP-2) to the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20):

1. Generate your BNB private key using Ballet’s BIP38 open-source tool at balletcrypto.org.
2. Import the private key into Trust Wallet. For specific import instructions, please refer to Trust Wallet’s official guidance.
3. Visit Binance’s token recovery page: https://www.bnbchain.org/en/token-recovery. Click "Connect Wallet" and select Trust Wallet.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish migrating your BNB from the Beacon Chain (BEP-2) to the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20).
5. It is recommended to use the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) address in your Ballet card to receive the migrated.
