How can I confirm whether a Ballet website, email address, or support contact is official?

Use only Ballet's official websites and support channels when you need help with a Ballet product, order, or app issue.

The only official website: www.ballet.com The only support email address: support@ballet.com Ballet DO NOT provide support service via Telegram, WhatsApp, or other social media.

Ballet Support does not use personal Gmail accounts, unofficial messaging accounts, or misspelled websites to manage customer wallets or request payments. Be careful with any third party claiming to be Ballet Support, especially if they ask you to enter wallet information, upload card photos, pay a fee, or contact them outside the official Help Center support.ballet.com.

Suspicious signs include:

  • The sender uses a Gmail address or another personal email address.
  • The website domain is misspelled or different from Ballet's official domains.
  • The message says you must pay to activate a card, receive a PIN, unlock funds, release profit, upgrade a limit, or complete a withdrawal.
  • The person asks for your private key entropy, passphrase entropy, QR codes, photos of the back of the card, or screenshots showing sensitive wallet information.
  • The person claims that Ballet can hold, freeze, release, or transfer customer funds like a bank or investment account.

If you are unsure whether a website, email, or contact is legitimate, do not enter any information and do not send money. Contact Ballet through the official Help Center and include the suspicious website URL, email address, phone number, or screenshot for review.

Never share your Ballet wallet’s private key entropy or passphrase entropy with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Ballet Support.
