The money back guarantee applies to all first orders of the Ballet REAL Series wallets within the first 30 days. If within the first 30 days of purchase, you feel that your Ballet wallet is not easy to use, Ballet will give you a full refund of your purchase price. Just fill out this Return Authorization Form to start the return process for a full refund.
Money back guarantees only apply to the first order by each customer from the main Ballet store (this does not apply to Amazon orders or orders from other channels). After the first order, customers will no longer be eligible for money back guarantee-related refunds.
Return Procedure
You must return your Ballet wallet by first filling out our return authorization form (Please go to https://www.ballet.com/en/money-back-guarantee/). Items returned without filling out a return authorization form will not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Please fill out the return authorization form to initiate return shipping. We will provide you with an address to return the wallet to after we receive the authorization form and we approve the return.
Ballet is not responsible for lost return orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. As such, please ensure that you provide the correct address when mailing your return items.
Please ensure that you pay the full amount for return shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for the money back guarantee. We will not accept cash on delivery packages.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Please allow another 15 days for the refund credit to appear through your payment method.
