Ballet will NEVER request your cold storage card’s passphrase entropy or private key entropy.
Ballet will never ask for sensitive information—such as credit card details or personal identification—via unsolicited emails, texts, phone calls, or any other communication channel.
If you receive a suspicious message, email, or call from someone claiming to be from Ballet and asking for private or sensitive information:
- Do NOT respond, click links, or download attachments.
- Do NOT share any personal details or cold storage card-related data (e.g. passphrases, private keys, recovery phrases).
- Report it immediately by forwarding the suspicious message to support@ballet.com.
Remember:
- Your passphrase and private key entropy are self-custodial; you alone are responsible for keeping them secure. Ballet cannot and will not ask for them.
- Legitimate Ballet communications will only provide updates or support—never solicit sensitive data.
