Once your form is received and approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
All returns must be sent to the address provided. Ballet is not responsible for returns lost due to incorrect or incomplete addressing.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which must be prepaid. Cash on delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
