XRP destination tag is required if the destination address is a hosted wallet, an example of this is an exchange. However, if the destination address is a non-hosted cold storage/wallet, like Ballet or Ledger, destination tag does not apply on standard XRP addresses. Please contact the wallet provider or the exchange where you are transferring your XRP from if the destination tag is mandatory. Please let them know that you are transferring your XRP to a non-hosted wallet, which does not require/need the XRP destination tag.
