Discontinuation of Loaded Bitcoin Products

1. Why is Ballet suspending the sale of Loaded Bitcoin products?

The decision to suspend the sale of all loaded products was made for strategic reasons, namely profitability and cost. We have decided to shift focus to our core offerings: high-quality cold storage solutions. This change allows us to better serve our customers and continue innovating in secure self-custody solutions.

2. When will Loaded Bitcoin products no longer be available?

Loaded Bitcoin products will no longer be available for purchase starting Wednesday, February 26, at 6:00 PM (PST).

3. Does this affect Ballet's other products?

No. Only Loaded Bitcoin products are being discontinued. All standard empty cold storage solutions remain available.

4. What happens to my existing Loaded Bitcoin product?

Your product will continue to function as intended. You still fully own and control the Bitcoin stored on your loaded device, and you can manage it as you normally would.

5. Can I still load Bitcoin onto a Ballet cold storage product?

Yes! Our empty cold storage wallets remain available, allowing you to safely store Bitcoin by loading funds yourself.

6. Will you offer Loaded Bitcoin products again in the future?
