Does Ballet charge any fees to activate, unlock, or access funds on a wallet?

No. Ballet does not charge any activation fee, PIN fee, unlock fee, release fee, deposit fee, withdrawal fee, or verification fee. Ballet wallets are ready to use the moment you receive them — simply download the Ballet Crypto app and add your card to get started. You never need to send any money to use, activate, or access funds on a Ballet wallet.

Common scam patterns we have seen

We are aware of scams that use Ballet's name, brand, or even real Ballet cards to deceive victims. The most common patterns include:

  • You receive a Ballet card you did not order, and someone tells you that your "profits," "earnings," or "investment returns" from another platform have been transferred to this card.
  • Someone claiming to be a "Ballet agent" or "Ballet representative" contacts you and asks you to pay an "activation fee," "PIN fee," "deposit," or any other charge to access funds.
  • You are told you must deposit a sum of money (for example, $5,000) before you can withdraw your supposed profits.
  • A payment is requested via bank transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, or any account labeled as "Ballet."

All of the above are scams. Ballet does not operate any investment service, does not hold customer profits, and does not transfer third-party funds onto cold storage cards.

Receiving a Ballet card you didn't order

If you received a physical Ballet card that you did not purchase, please note: a genuine Ballet card by itself does not mean the funds described to you actually exist or belong to you. Scammers can buy real Ballet cards and mail them as a prop to make their story sound legitimate. Before sending any payment for "activation," "PIN," or any other reason, please contact us at support@ballet.com so we can help verify the situation.

How to verify a Ballet communication

Ballet's only official customer service email is support@ballet.com. We will never contact you through WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, social media DMs, or personal email addresses asking for payment, passphrase entropy, private key entropy, recovery phrases, or PIN codes. Any other "Ballet representative" reaching out to you and requesting payment or sensitive information should be treated as fraudulent.

What to do if you have already paid or shared information

If you have already sent money or shared sensitive information to anyone claiming to be from Ballet:

  1. Stop any further payments immediately.
  2. Do not share any passphrase entropy, private key entropy, recovery phrase, or PIN with anyone.
  3. Save screenshots of the messages, the sender's contact details, and any payment receipts or transaction IDs.
  4. Report the case to your local authorities.
  5. Forward the suspicious communication to support@ballet.com so we can investigate.

Ballet cannot reverse blockchain transactions or payments sent to third parties, but the information you provide helps us protect other users from the same scam.
